How long will my product take to make?
Most of our products are made-to-order with an estimated production time stated
*not including delivery/shipping duration.
What materials are your leather goods made from?
We mainly use high-quality, full-grain cow leather, unless stated, to craft our products. Each item is carefully selected to ensure durability and style.
Are your leather products handmade?
Yes, all of our leather goods are meticulously handcrafted, ensuring attention to detail and a unique touch in each item.
Do you accept commission/ bulk orders?
Yes, we do accept commission/ bulk orders. Please write in to us via Instagram DM or emails and we can proceed from there.
SHIPPING
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please check our shipping policy below for more information.

- We offer international shipping to all countries

- Do you ship to EU, UK?
- Yes. we ship to Europe, however we are not responsible for any import taxes + fees, including VAT.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on Singpost website.
RETURN or EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?
We have a stringent policy of no returns or exchanges. Our products are meticulously crafted and packaged before being sent for delivery. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur after your order has been handed over to the logistics companies
